I’m delighted to say that, after a lot of hours spent listening to actors, I’ve managed to find someone to voice out the audio book for The Things you find in Rockpools.

He’s a very talented American actor and singer called Mark Sanderlin. He’s based in New York, which isn’t far from the fictional island where Billy has grown up, and he’s got the cadence and style of how Billy speaks off pat. But don’t take my word for it, here’s a short clip of Mark reading an extract from the book.

I’ll keep you updated on when the final audiobook will be out, but it should be sometime in May.
